BEGINNERS & FOUNDATIONS MUAY THAI (ages 16+ years)
Our facility offers expert instruction and break down of the art of Muay Thai, an extremely powerful combat sport that combines striking techniques with clinching and grappling. Our experienced trainers will guide you through every step of your journey, from mastering the basics to competing at the highest level.
Our beginners muay thai classes are designed for those who are new to the sport and want to learn the fundamentals from the ground up.
We focus on teaching proper technique, footwork, and basic combinations in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring that you build a strong foundation in Muay Thai.
Whether you’re looking to get fit or learn self-defence, our classes are the perfect starting point for your journey.
There is no sparring in this class and very limited contact as this creates safety when learning for the first time.
